Most of these pics are lower quality and taken in bad lighting. Pics need to be better. Also bump up your looks. Only one i like as a social goofball photo is with the group of girls

In general, you look way better without a beard, but if you have to have one, keep it to stubble only (less than 0.5mm).

Least hated one for me is side part with fade, but the version you have is way too "salaryman". The other haircuts make you look dirty and gross. Take the side part with fade, but sharper fade, part line shaved in, use some pomade/gel/etc. One place where it looking more tryhard pays off.

Red shirt is great, wedding photos might work but I think they can frame you in a specific way (family way) so be careful with that
