Yep, Ive started already. 400G of beef and some broccoli. I was a bit unsure of what to buy in the store as well as the date to use them by etc but got enough for the week (Im also adding eggs which i guess is ok for some meals) and veg as well (Frozen green beans + Broccoli will be the main ones). ...

One last thing, Did you slowly decrease the amount your eating as you were dropping BF? Or is the no carb aspect enough to lose the weight without any change of calories?

Thanks for the tips, Ill eventually get a log going on here and try to post what im eating and how im working out etc. Im looking to get lean for the first time by the end of summer i hope.
