Most of the photos I have been taking look like I am just standing around awkwardly or posed.

What do you guys like to do in photos to make them look more natural?

Ex: walking toward camera, adjusting jacket, talking with camera person etc.

Look up minoxidil beard, your beard is patchy right now and the beard with no mustache is not a good style.
You should definitely work on growing a beard though.
