Found literally just the thing:

A review said they are not same height heel to toe, but more like woman’s heels, is this accurate?
I gotta be honest I havent tried anything from this brand but that is generally how these work. Shoes like this usually have a raised heel but have the fore of the foot not raised, so it is like high heel kind of. So dont think that its going to be flat with 2.6 inches under the whole foot. Its angled at 2.6 inches under the heel and maybe an inch under the ball of the foot.

My experience says that they work well with pants but with shorts its easy to see the angle.

Pants, yes, but i wouldnt recommend with linen shorts. It's easier to notice.

Seems like good idea to buy a chunky sole shoe like the brave soul one for example and add like a half inch boost insole to them, this should add maybe 2inches at least and feel mostly natural

Ok boys after countless hours of research i think i may have found the best solution for height increasing shoes!

So theres this Italian brand of elevator shoes called https://donsfootwear.com/
They have some shoes using what they call "Midsole Technology"
Here's copy and paste describing it:
"At Don’s we have perfected the insole of an elevator shoe so that it no longer has to be arched on the heel. Thus, creating a raised flat sole that provides the perfect unison of a lift and the exact comfort of regular shoes."
https://vimeo.com/41229580

Now at first i was disappointed by their selection because i didn't see any White Sneakers like Stan Smiths or AF1, seemed like formal shoes or weird colored casual sneakers, BUT I WAS WRONG, you can custom order colors and there are a few casual looking pairs that look very similar to a typical white pair like stan smiths AND using the "Midsole Technology"

Heres an example of their "minimalist lowtop" sneaker in white using "Midsole Technology"

It look very much like a stan smith type shoe! and the insole with the tech should feel pretty much like a normal shoe and wont mess with your posture!

I'm emailing them now asking about compression of the insole, cause i want a 2 inch boost at least, so maybe i have to order like a 2.3 sole that will compress to a 2inch when wearing, but regardless im sure you can customize it, on the order page its just 2", 2.5", 2.75", 3". I mean if you can't customize and there is compression then might as well order the 2.5", otherwise id go for the 2".

Anyways im still looking into the different styles, they also have a "MST Tennis" shoe that looks close to stan smith but i dont think it has "Midsole Technology", im asking about it.

And finally, this seems like a VERY reputable brand, custom machined in Italy or whatever by hand everything, you really get a quality product but most important the "Midsole Technology" makes it like basically a normal shoe!

I am asking them more questions, ill ask what their personal recommendation would be for a stansmith lookalike shoe, maybe i missed a model or so.

Anyway i hope this helps people who are looking into height increasing shoes on this forum.
I'll probably end up ordering one of these in all white, will post feedback when i do!

Ok so the guy can actually make a Stan Smith ripoff for 300 haha, i dont have that much so im asking if i can get the https://donsfootwear.com/en/mst-tennis model all white for 200 or so.

But if anyones interested, you can definitely custom order a stans smith looking shoe if you got the money.

This is the Tennis MST, i guess you can custom it to remove the holes in that pattern, but i dont have too much money to customize lol, maybe ill ask if i can have it without the pattern.
