what are the best dumbbell exercises for Lat width? 💪(lockdown home workout))

    currently stuck at home with a resistance band and a adjustable 33kg/77lbs pair of dumbbells

    I am mainly trying to preserve my Lat width , thickness is not really a priority
    I am doing these please let me know better options or techniques pardon any mistakes

    resistance band pulldown and Lat pull in
    resistance band pullover
    DB row elbow in
    DB row elbow out
    DB rear delt row
    DB pullover ( doing that mainly for width)
    just a kid figuring things out and absorbing knowledge from superiors
    (apologies for any mistake I make)

    Do you have an adjustable bench?

    If so do these:

    You don't pull like a regular row.

    You pull up and back towards your lower back and works your lats nicely.

    One of my favorite back exercises for sure cause you can get a really nice squeeze.
