This is a really simple body weight circuit my cousin taught me from his time in the army rangers. It saved my ass during covid from getting too out of shape.

Do it in order, aim for 10 sets in about 21/22 minutes. No rest allowed. Build up to 10 sets if you can’t complete it.

10 Push-ups
10 air squats
10 burpees
10 sit-ups
10 pull ups

Sit-ups are your chance to get a few seconds of rest. It will push you. Add not let reps if it’s too easy.
Goals: (this year)
Get down to 180lb. Started at 275.
1.5 miles in 9:30, 100 push-ups in a row, 100 sit ups in a row, 20 pull-ups in a row, 500yd swim in 9:30
Take better pictures at least once a week
Get one lay a month for the last 4 months of 2021

Long term:
Be with enough women to know I have options.
Buy a Porsche 911 turbo s
Currently:
212 LB

10 sets of 10 reps of pull ups with no rests?
Dude, can you show a vid? That's impressive.
