Is anyone interested in doing a neuromeditation course w/ me? Maybe chat about we've learned and keep one another accountable?

Bro, just read the book 'The dangers of meditation and yoga'.
Everything that you will find nowadays on meditation is basically a resell of already very old and well working techniques.
The reason for the rise in such technology is usually lack of expertise in the field.
I might suggest neuro feedback if you are not able to perform meditation the proper way. Basically electrodes put on your head to increase ability to focus etc with electrodes.
Otherwise, all the stuff already exists long ago, there is not necessarily much to be found from my perspective here.
I would go as far as to say that one might embrace the Chakra system here in order to understand how to conduct proper meditation.
The Chakra system has been studied for more than 6000 years by ancient civilizations.
Read the book theory of chakras.
PS. Sorry for my late reply.
