I have a small fb group of 750 subscribers, it's growing fast, I'm recieving requests everyday, I'm sure it's gonna be 1k subs soon
The group is about the redpill in general, i don't think most guys are on self improvement like us though
Some are blackpilled, some not
As the owner of the group i will like to offer something and make money out of it

If you're not someone they trust and look up to, probably ultra hard. Check the guys who run Clients And Community. They are good at monetizing groups so you might get a few ideas.
