I've been unable to get a clear answer on my free testosterone results from an EverlyWell testosterone tests, which says 49 to 185 as the "normal range". However, my research into free testosterone levels has shown the numbers and measurements to be wildly varied depending on the source, which is extremely confusing. Does anyone have any idiot-proof guides available so that I can understand my score? Google results are overwhelming and inconsistent.

Ive researched a bit further since I was confused about my results too.
You are totally fine bro.
pg/ml x 10 = ng/dl
So your free test in ng/dl would be 9.41
which would place you in the middle of the range for 30-35 year olds. (which you do according to your everlywell test)?

How is your total test looking? SHBG? Thyroid function? Prolactin?
Do you have any symptoms, or just making sure?
