Goals for the last 140 days of 2022

Health
  • NoSugar in 7/7 days ¹
  • 7h Sleep @ 80% quality in 6/7 nights ²
  • Gym in 3/7 days ³
Business
  • Website:
    • 1. reboot marketing ⁴
    • 2. rebuild website ⁵
Game
  • Cold Approach Habit: 6/7 days ⁶
  • Practice Date: 1/7 days ⁷
1 NoSugar:
Kill the sugar habit, the little monster and big monster; zero bad sugar ever; no excuses; you did it before and 100% is easier than 99%

2 Sleep:
Improve your sleep score to 80% and your net sleep time to 7 hours; go to bed earlier and improve sleep conditions

3 Gym:
build the habit of training in the morning and don't injure yourself; gym or running or both are fine; no excuses; your 24/7-gym is 5 minutes away; other guys would kill for that chance

4 Reboot Marketing:
remake front page to improve online marketing; develop new style in the old build process; rest of the website is untouched

5 Rebuild Website:
Rebuild whole website in new style with an automatic build process including item structure and prices to be better than all the competitors'; yes, it's complicated; you are smart enough;

6 Cold Approach Habit:
Build the habit of Cold Approaching 6 days of the week; results do not matter now; you live in the center of a one of the biggest and most attractive cites in your country; other guys would kill for that chance

Day 1 to 11: 2022-08-12 to 08-22 Holiday
  1. NoSugar: 8 days out of 11, mostly social (=okay once in a while), one day none-social (= not okay, addiction/bad habit)
  2. Sleep: 10 days out of 11
  3. Gym: no formal training, 8.000 to 16.000 steps per day. avg=10.000
  4. Reboot Marketing: no work during holiday
  5. Rebuild Website:
  6. Cold Approach: none, I had a girl with me
  • resting heartbeat: lowered by 2 bpm in one month
  • body weight: lost 1 kg, mostly water and fat
  • social: upped my social interactions with same-minded men from my age to 20 years younger
  • sleep: stabilized my bed time a bit
