Today's Weight: 172.8

Yesterday Recap:
2213 calories. I caught myself sliding into a negative though-spiral around 3:00. I scrolled mindlessly on some anti-sjw profiles on Twitter and noticed after a few minutes that I was getting upset. I closed it and went for a short walk without headphones to clear my mind and felt way better. Glad I noticed it. My thoughts and what I read has a bigger effect on my mood than I realized, and my mood has a huge impact on my diet success since I crave sugar when I'm upset or down or bored. Went to BJJ after work. Didn't roll particularly well but I got to try to some new moves and got a great workout.
2022 Goals:
(1) Get Abs
(2) Get to 15 lifetime lays (currently at 10)
(3) Move to a new city with lots of single girls - DONE 6/12

Yesterday Recap:
3403 calories. Got into a bad mood last night and binged. Need to stop doing that. I made some plans today for managing my time better so I don't hit my those mental triggers that urge me to say "fuck it". I think planning a cheat day or meal in advance might be a good idea. I'm going to give that a shot and be a little stricter during the week, then take a cheat day next Saturday (obviously not this Saturday, because I already took my "cheat" for the week yesterday).

Thanks Man. I am embarrassed by that number. Hopefully that embarrassment will make me think twice next time

Yesterday Recap:
Didn't count calories because I ate over at my parent's house, but I think they were below maintenance. No junk, 2 meals, and I didn't snack. I visited my parents for my birthday. My siblings came over too and we played some board games. Good time. I'm lucky to have a close family.
I have a date scheduled for tonight with a nice-looking 22-year-old from Tinder. She lives in the city while I live in the suburbs. We're meeting in the city which is about 30 minutes from my apartment, so I doubt I'll be able to pull her back to my place tonight. I'll focus on having a good time tonight and also find out if she has a car. If she can meet in my town in the future, it'll make going to my place much more convenient.

Yesterday Recap:
1534 Calories. For the date: I thought we'd need to buy food with our drinks since that's been the rule in Philadelphia. But, apparently the bartender at this bar was ok with breaking that rule because he told us we could just get drinks if we wanted. So when I got back from the date, I'd just had a glass of wine since lunch and it was already late, so I just ate enough food to get my daily protein and ended up with low calories for the day.

Date itself was fun. Conversation was extremely easy, which made it easy to joke and mess with her. She doesn't have a car which is the case for most people in the city. She said she's looking for a relationship. I made it clear that although I want that eventually, I want to keep it casual at first for at least a month or two. Which is true. I think a girlfriend would be great for me but I'm not rushing into exclusivity.

Today's Weight: 172.2

Yesterday Recap:
1586 Calories. I slept really poorly on Monday night and was tired all day. Oddly, I wasn't hungry despite having low energy. I ate enough to get 170g of protein, but wasn't hungry after that. Since I was so tired, I gave myself permission to skip BJJ as long as I ate well. And I did eat well. I got 8 hours of sleep last night and feel refreshed today. The plan for today is work, Gym, an hour or two of Video Games, then Salsa Dance class at 8:30.

I also texted the girl from Monday to set up another date for the weekend.

Yesterday Recap:
1687 Calories. Nothing much to report. Hit the gym after work, then salsa class at 8:30. I stayed up a bit late playing video games after Salsa. Need to make sure I keep a consistent sleep schedule.

We got pummeled with snow last night and it's still coming down heavily. I'll go shovel my car out at some point, but if it keeps up I doubt that I'll go to Jiu Jitsu or anywhere else tonight.

Yesterday Recap: 2469 cals. Took Saturday as a free day. I didn't binge or eat any junk, just ate way more fruit than I normally do. Back to normal today.

Forgot to mention: I made my first visit to the Rock Climbing gym on Friday. I took an intro Belay class and learned how to work the ropes as climber and spotter. It was fun, and once I was up on the wall I found it surprisingly nerve-wracking.

Today's Weight: 173.0

Yesterday Recap: I didn't track calories, but I fasted until the evening and just ate dinner. I ate lots of protein, one piece of fruit, and vegetables, so calories were probably around 1200. Went to the gym after work.

5 days left for the month. Still need to make one more visit to the rock-climbing gym and reach 170.0 lbs. Might need to cheat and cut water weight to reach the monthly deadline. We'll see how the weight goes this week.

Sounds like a great date! I've the same thing happen in boston with waiters not caring - they're definitely supposed to make sure you order food when you order drinks...I even specifically asked about it a couple times and the just didn't care....nice...

Yeah, for some reason Philly bars seem to be more lax about this then places in the suburbs. Every time I've gone to a bar in my town they make me buy food but in Philly they never seem to care.
