ACTION I took this week:
Applied to three jobs and did a one-way interview on Thursday. Trying to get a 100% remote position since my current company will probably want us to come back into the office now that pretty much everyone in the US is vaccinated.
Only one date this week. Met up with the girl from last week on Thursday. Had drinks for an hour then went back to my place and smashed again. I put on some music and taught her to swing dance before we started making out and she loved it.
I ordered some new clothes from Radical's style guide to add some variety to my wardrobe.

I tweaked my diet a little more this week. I got more consistent with fasting until 5:00 and then stopped eating at 9:00 every day. I texted Toast and Master to keep me accountable and make sure I didn't snack past that time. I also counted calories (except over the weekend where I was travelling or with company and just estimated) so I have a better idea of how I need to adjust going forward to keep the weight loss consistent.

I noticed that it's easier for me to keep calories low if I stick to mostly meat/vegetables/eggs. Fruit doesn't add a ton of calories by itself, but it does stoke my appetite and make me want to eat more. All the days where calories were higher were days that I had some fruit as a treat. I'm not going to cut it out completely because I really enjoy it as a treat, but I do need to make it a reward for working out and not have it every day.

Thanks @Master. Def excited to get some presentation and sales experience. Gotta figure out where I want to move too.
According to my scale I'm at 16% body fat right now, which seems about right to me. Still got some love handles and a little bit of a belly covering my lower abs. It's definitely going down though. The 16:4 eating window is tough, especially on days when I'm not super-busy, but it makes it simpler to keep calories low.
