Update for the past week:

Avg Weight for the week: 173.08 (down 1.14 lbs from last week)
I stuck to my calorie targets most of the week and made some good fat-loss progress, but binged on junk food on Saturday when I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed which spiked my weight. I went back to normal on Sunday though. Went to the gym 3 times and BJJ once.
Dating:
I approached 9 girls this past week. Got a number from a girl who wants to meet up this coming week.
For dates: I had a date with a new girl from Hinge scheduled for Thursday, but she texted me two hours beforehand saying that she still had feelings for her ex and wasn't ready to date again. I wasn't too bothered by it since I had other things I could do. I had third dates with Instadate Girl and Bumble girl.
How did I do with my goals?
Forgot to post what my goals were for this week but I'll post them here:
- 4 gym sessions - Not done. 3/4.
- Stay under calorie targets - Went WAY over calories on Saturday. All other days were on-target
- Two BJJ sessions - Not done. 1/2.
- Talk to 16 girls - Not done. 9/16.
Didn't hit most of my goals this week, but I did SOMETHING for all of them. So even for a "bad" week, I still made some progress. And for dating and approaches, my performance this week is still WAAAY better than I was doing two months ago.
