Hey all, calling all Bathmate users in the forum.
I now have a bathmate for quite a fraction of the price (thanks again @eric-drifter) where I couldn't pass it up. I got the HydroXtreme 5.
So far, my routine for using this is sets of 3 minutes pump, then 2 minutes rest, twice. I plan to increase this slowly to 15 minutes. I read the manual, and they recommend I keep going my way for 5 sets to reach the 15 min. mark, but I read @KillYourInnerLoser does 15 mins. straight. Was wondering what the routines of other people are.
What are your routines for using the Bathmate?

GLL’s beginner routine is a good place to start. Should keep you busy for a long time.
I tend to keep it on non-stop for whatever number of minutes you planned. So if 7 then keep it on for 7 and so on.
I find it’s best to do it in the bath if that is possible. For me at least, far easier to get it on properly and progress to full power without having to reset it due to your ball strings getting sucked in.

I do 15 minutes straight at max pressure, I don't build up to it or anything over the course of a session.
I'm sure it would be more optimal to do it in a bathtub but I don't have one in my apartment so I just sit down in the shower and listen to a podcast while letting a small stream of water keeping washing over my body.
I also do my kegels while pumping my dick using an app that just dings when I'm supposed to tense the muscles and then relax them.
It's a very meditative kind of atmosphere for me and I legit look forward to doing it by now.
It also helps me stay clean-shaven because even with 4 days of growth I start getting a bad seal, a bunch of air constantly getting in the pump etc which annoys me a lot so I just manscape twice a week, usually before my bathmate sessions.
I aim to do this 5 times per week, usually after a shower.
I don't stretch or jelq because for the time being I would rather stick to a strict nofap regimen and I found that jelqing and stretching made me jerk off way too often, even without any porn.
For the stretching I just bought the Phallosan Forte and wear it overnight when I'm not sleeping with a girl that doesn't already know about it.
I aim for 5 nights per week.
2-3 mornings per week I also use the Phallosan+ (it's a SizeGenetics style rod extender attachment for the Phallosan) for 2-3 hours. I aim to bring this up to 4-5.
That's my routine.
Just make sure you build up to it.

It certainly looks unaesthetic, almost like your foreskin has been unnaturally stretched and one time when it still hadn't gone away after 5 whole hours and the foreskin was still too inflated for me to actually roll it back and cover my cockhead I actually thought I had broken my dick or something.

Thanks for sharing your routines. I have never done it consistently - and maybe that is why I maybe therefore ginas have only been permanent for a short time.
