FRI 31/12/2021

Smashed it in the gym. @Jacobpalmer123 put some extra work into back, will tag you on my next body progress update looking forward to hearing your thoughts. I should be able to improve my back with 2 months of hard ass work.

Then came dermapen, a little bit of project work, uploading 2 tiktoks, and core work. Chilled out for 30 mins and watched some old David Goggins interviews.

-Copywriting: 1hr reading FB groups

Think a few of my friends from back home wanna hang out on Sunday, so may stick around Sunday night, and head to London Monday evening. The Phoenix Project will fully resume then and I will outline example day structures I will be using to get to my goals in 2022.

Looking great, MAC! That's some damn good progress. I didn't notice it until @ovnidos pointed it out, but your face has really changed. Your jawline is way sharper now.

Thanks bro! It is all improving for sure. We've not even started the body transformation yet, check back after 6 months of me killing it in the gym and things will begin to really take off!

Evening check in:

-Breathwork (DONE)
-Light therapy (DONE)
-Copywriting: 2hrs study (DONE)
-Copywriting: 1hr reading FB groups (DONE)

Failed guitar, reading and stretching. Worked hard today did my best. I can sign off 2021 knowing I gave it my all this year and did a lot of interesting shit. Definitely moved myself forward in life a lot. And things will get better for me in 2022.

Once the first lifetime lay is done, I will know I have entered a new life for myself.

It'll come.

Until then...........grinding like a super human. I know I can make it.

Now going to do more reading. Just gonna focus on that for the weekend.

Tomorrow will hang out with my friend and shoot a bunch of content.

Then read some more.

Monday, final day with friends/fam, driving back to London, and back to the hustle.

WIll kick The Phoenix Project back off, will approach Tuesday onwards for 3-4hrs a day, take action on the apps like hell, and push for dates which I will try to escalate physically. :)

Will keep working hard, improving my looks, body and will beat AA over time....

Not bad not bad. I look forward to seeing those back gains. Deadlifts, rows and face pulls are the exercises that will give you probably the most gains. Deadlifts are not mandatory but I have found them to be quite useful.

I think beating AA comes from just over time. My anxiety comes in waves literally. A few years ago zero anxiety. Then last year I had some, but towards the end of the year no anxiety. Also I've been just bulldozing through my anxiety more recently. It used to stop me but now I just push through it.

@Thebastard Haha thank you but let's remember you have 5 TIMES THE FUCKING MUSCLE I HAVE lol!! Your physique was definitely elite in The Golden Eagle Project, and it will still be rock solid now. I will get muscled up for sure this year, following the cut I will get jacked. I may mess around with the prohormone Turkesteron.

My little brother (25) started Turkesteron 2 months ago and legit put on 25lbs and doubled all his gym lifts. He didn't have much muscle before and now he's almost 195lbs (he's 6 ft 1). I measured his arms at the start and just now, he gained a full inch in like 2 months.

Not getting ahead of myself, will focus on getting lean AF first. But damn, if I got to 185lbs ice and lean and built up to 200-210lbs of rock hard muscle by the end of this year, it will be one hell of a year man, and I will achieve my goals.....!

Very motivated to slay on the gym. Since stopping topical dutasteride and hitting weights and cardio hard my sex drive has come raging back. My sex drive was dead for like 3 years. Now it's normal and healthy.

Lots of progress made and great ground to cover moving forward.

Tomorrow seeing my friend, going for a walk at a nature park, shooting content, and then reading. Weekends will be focused on socialising and reading/learing. Mon-Fri is girls (cold approach, online dating, maybe nightgame once a week), gym, side hustle, sleep.

The day structure I will be using for The Phoenix Project in 2022 will be outlined tomorrow.

I tried turkesterone for 2 months this year and also did not notice a difference. SWIM ran ostarine at half dose for 6 weeks after and it had a bigger effect, even on a cut (don't recommend doing this esp if prone to shutdown)

Hey bros. So he responded to the prohormone big time. He was a hardgainer type before, then he upped his protein a lot and hopped on turk. His gym lifts did double and he had little to no soreness. He was half-assing the gym for ages and his gym lifts sucked, so doubling them wasn't anything major, he was still in beginner level territory. He then gained a tonne of ground and should get deep into intermediate territory by the end of the year if he keeps going. Hell, he could potentially be fricken huge, given how much size he gained.

This weekend was nice, spent time with friends and family.

I do get Bumble matches now :) Totally awesome. I check the app here and there and notice the odd cute chick matching. Totally new ground for me. Hell yeah. Never did get a single Bumble match without doing boosts before this. Awesome.

My stay back home has been extended by an additional day, so I am going back to London Tuesday night, for The Phoenix Project to resume at Week 8 for Wednesday 5th,

Here is the plan of attack for 2022:


THE PHOENIX PROJECT: 2022 DAY STRUCTURE

(1) 10 LAYS

Other activities:
-Copywriting side hustle. Non-priority until 10 lays goal is achieved. If this goal is achieved before the end of 2022 somehow, I will re-assess and revise goals.

Mon-Fri Core Processes:

(1+2) 3 – 4hrs Cold Approach (Complete AA Program / Approach a tonne)
(1) Online Dating 1-2hr a day
(3) Gym: 3 Lifting Sessions / 2 Cardio Sessions, Stretch + Core daily
Other activities: If there is any scope for a date, this will automatically take priority over any other activity and will be placed from 5:30-10:30pm

-Date girls if pos
-Socialise with my London network
-Shoot & edit all weeks content in advance. Then, just read and build the mind. Read biz and wisdom. Read important blogs. Build mental models.

OFF. Dates if possible. Socialise if possible. If any nightgame is to be done, I will throw in a Friday or Saturday night session. Nightgame isn’t necessary a priority, but I will consider doing it in the local venues for like 2-3hrs and then just walking back to my place just to build my skillset with women. Otherwise, weekends are for shooting tonnes of content, reading, and if there any time on Sunday, editing a few videos and tiktoks to streamline the weekly uploads. If editing is done that will streamline the weekly uploads, I’ll sure this time is filled with either online dating or some other activity related to meeting women.

Overview:

This will be my turnaround year. I will work hard and achieve my goals. I want this to be the year I handle my shit when it comes to women, and then in 2023, I am searching for a serious relationship with a wife calibre woman. I can do this.

Notes:

Took a week off The Phoenix Project for the holidays, but did do a little bit of work on the apps to test the new pics. One gal from Tinder has agreed to see me on Friday, cute brown chick, told her to come see me at my local cocktail bar (15 min walk from my house and I will ask her to come back to my place and see what I can do....yikes). Saturday (8th), a gal I started texting when I was in London said we can go for a date. Probably gonna do coffee. Will push like hell and earn my stripes as a man.

It's 2022 gentlemen.

There is no time to waste. I am feeling quite nervous and uncomfortable as fuck because I know this year is big for me.

I will make it happen. In Dec 2022, let me me victorious and know the glory of success. I will do all I can to achieve my goals and hence 2022 will be the best year of my life. 2023 will then be about finding an excellent woman and aggressively starting the get rich chapter. Hell, if I am consistent with my content creation hobby as I intend to be, may even have a little audience in a years time.......

Damn Zug, thank you so much, I really appreciate it. You are definitely on an excellent journey yourself and will achieve highly in life for sure!

It's my belief that for people who got behind in life and are hence massive underdogs, like me obviously, it is still possible for us to be successful but our path is the path of hard work, discipline and consistency. The good thing about this is, with true hard work and dedication, there is the possibility for a shot at greatness. When I was competing in powerlifting I recall a quote from the legendary coach Louie Simmons: "The only respect that matters in this world is self respect". I know what it will mean to be to come from the shit I came and to actually achieve my goal for 2022. If I actually achieve this shit, I will have slayed the dragon life put in front of me and I will be able to know I won until the day I am no longer on this planet.

There is a lot of discomfort ahead, a lot of grinding. In the months to come, it will become easier, it will feel easier, and I will begin to develop the appropriate skills and capacities necessary to achieve my goal. The thing that could speed the journey up for me is honestly the gym and photoshoots. I am going to start on Turkesterone I think, even though I am cutting, it could help me massively and if my body starts to get on point with solid ass muscle and rippedness, the right photoshoot could have me breaking through at long last....

I will find a way, like I always do.
