That's the Good-Looking Loser muscle building workout that Chris recommends, and probably my favorite of all the routines I've tried.
Also it's the workout I was doing when I had probably my best overall physique:
And if I'm being completely honest the GLL workout probably does a better job targeting the most aesthetically pleasing muscle groups compared to the workout I tried to design for that purpose that is linked at the start of this thread
If you do the GLL routine I recommend you lower the weight until you can do very slow and controlled reps that take ten seconds each to complete (which will result in a more effective workout and less chance of injury)
