People assume that after thousands of videos, thousands of approaches, years of self-improvement, coaching, business, everything… I’d somehow be a Zen monk by now.
Calm. Unshakable. Confident 24/7.

But the truth is way simpler: I’m human.
I still get nervous — a lot.
Before livestreams. Before recording. Before talking to women. Before coaching.
Nervousness didn’t disappear just because I improved. I just stopped letting it stop me.

Confidence was never the absence of fear — it was simply not caring that fear is there. It’s noticing your heart race and saying, “Yeah, that’s fine. Come with me.” Courage isn’t feeling invincible; it’s taking action while your whole body yells, “Are we sure about this?”

Everyone you look up to feels fear.
Everyone you admire gets nervous.
The only difference is they take action anyway.

Nervousness isn’t proof that something is wrong — it’s proof that you’re alive.
It’s your body checking in: “Will we be okay?”
You can thank it, let it hop in the passenger seat, and move forward together.

If you’re nervous, you’re not broken.
You’re not a failure.
You’re not a coward.

You’re just human — like me, like everyone else.

And the most confident thing you can do is admit,
“I don’t always know what I’m doing… but I’m showing up anyway.”
