If you grew up like most men, you were taught to “figure it out,” “be strong,” “don’t ask for help,” and “suck it up.”
I gave into this idea too: thinking I had to do everything by myself, secretly suffer in silence, and just “put up with it”, hoping one day I’d somehow magically achieve my goals (for 15 years I failed – I achieved literally nothing).
One of the guys who did a coaching call with me recently said this:
“I just needed a shift in perspective & a bit of hope. You gave me what I needed.”
That’s it.
Perspective. Hope. Support.
When you’re in your own head, you’re fighting the same thoughts with the same weapons. You can’t see the angles you’re blind to. You can’t see the stories you repeat. You can’t see the patterns you’re too close to.
A good coach sees what you can’t see.
He spots the flaw in your thinking in five minutes.
He calls you out when you need it.
He holds space when you’re hurting.
He gives you permission to try again.
And because I’ve personally been at rock bottom — depressed, anxious, lonely, suicidal — I recognise that pain instantly.
I know what to do with it.
The men who jump on calls with me say the same thing every time:
“I should’ve done this months ago.”
If you want that shift in perspective — the one that suddenly makes everything click — grab a call. One call per person, limited time only.
