I want to remind you of something today — something simple, but deeply important:
You’re going to make it.
I know you doubt yourself sometimes.
You question whether you’re good enough.
You worry that maybe this whole “self-improvement” thing isn’t going to work for you.
Maybe you’ve even thought:
- “Am I worthy?”
- “Can I really do this?”
- “What if I’m not confident enough / attractive enough / interesting enough?”
Here’s the truth: You are absolutely capable.
You can do the things that scare you. You can overcome the doubts, the fears, the anxiety. And every small step you take proves that.
The point isn’t perfection — it’s progress
When you first try something scary — like talking to a stranger, going on your first approach, starting that side-business — it’s going to feel rough. You’ll be nervous, in your head, maybe even forget your own name. You’ll walk away thinking, “What was even the point of that?”
But here’s the point: you did it anyway.
Confidence isn’t built by waiting for the fear to go away.
Confidence is built by acting despite the fear — and realising you’re okay.
Courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s feeling the fear and doing the damn thing anyway.
Celebrate the baby steps
Most people forget to celebrate small wins. They’ll say:
- “It doesn’t count because I didn’t get her number.”
- “It doesn’t count because I didn’t close a client.”
- “It doesn’t count because I only did one approach.”
But it does count.
It counts because you tried. Even thinking about taking action is a step forward — psychologists literally call this “exposure therapy.”
I spent months just watching videos of people approaching strangers before I ever tried it myself. That was my version of step one. And eventually, that led to step two: actually doing it.
Momentum builds slowly
Every little action — even if it seems tiny — builds momentum.
At first, maybe you talk to one person a week. Then five a day.
At first, maybe you make $10 in your business. Then $1,000.
Small steps compound into something massive over time. And before you know it, the impossible starts to feel normal.
So stop beating yourself up for not being “further ahead.” You’re building something beautiful. And you will get there.
Start giving yourself credit
If you’re reading this, it means you care about improving.
It means there’s a part of you that believes better is possible.
It means you’re already further along than you think.
So celebrate that. And keep going. Every little step forward — no matter how small — is proof that you’re moving in the right direction.
You are capable. You are worthy. You’re doing a damn good job — even if it doesn’t always feel like it.
And if you ever doubt that… come back and read this again.
You are going to make it. I promise.
