Maybe it sounds cheesy, but I really do love you guys — not in some weird parasocial way, but in a “stop bullying yourself, you lovable Muppet” kind of way. My whole mission is to hold up a mirror and show you what you conveniently forget: you’re doing far better than you think. You’re courageous. You show up. You try. You get frustrated, you get insecure, you want to quit… and then you show up again anyway.

You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to be an “alpha,” the strongest warrior, or the most confident person in the room. Most of you feel messy and anxious and convinced you’re not enough. But that messy version of you — the real version — is already worthy. Already lovable. Already on the path.

And I’m genuinely grateful I get to walk that path with you. You let me into your struggles. You cheer for my wins. You listen when I talk about what I’m working on or what I’m battling with. There’s this real sense that we’re building something together — a kind of quiet brotherhood made of imperfect people who keep showing up.

If you could see even 1% of what I see in you, it would blow your mind. You’d stop beating yourself up. You’d look in the mirror and actually like the person staring back. You’d realise you’re allowed to suck at half of this and still make massive progress. You’d realise how capable you truly are.

Until you can see that for yourself, I’ll keep saying it for you:
You are lovable.
You are worthy.
You are doing a good job.
You don’t need to be perfect — you just need to keep going.

Take your baby steps. Keep moving forward. Even if you don’t fully believe in yourself yet… I do. And maybe that’s enough – maybe you only need 1 person to believe in you for it to make all the difference.
