One of my coaching clients just finished up his coaching, and had some amazing wisdom to share with all of us. The learning lessons he gave are amazing enough to stand on their own, so I’m going to just share them all with you, as he wrote them:

  1. Pain is good for the soul.
  2. Life is all about understanding yourself and who you want to be.
  3. It’s about who you become in the process of self-improvement (and girls are just the cherry on the top.)
  4. I didn’t believe in honesty when I started. Now I think it’s one of the main values.
  5. I will not remember everything and I literally take notes of everything. I have so many notes of “learning lessons” but I forget all the time.
  6. I started this self improvement to get coached. Then I realized I wanted to learn how to coach myself and also help others. [Andy’s note: I went through the same thing! At first I just wanted to improve my own life; as I stepped into abundance, I couldn’t help but pass the knowledge I’d gained onto others.]
  7. You have a bunch of qualities, habits and thought-patterns that you slowly work on getting better at rather than switching to them immediately.
  8. It will take as long as it takes but the more open you are and ask for help (and then follow the advice), the quicker it will be.
  9. There will be moment of insanity and confusion… but there will be a lot of cool and funny moments too. [This client definitely had many moments of both]
  10. Some days will be way better than others. This can even last for weeks sometimes.
  11. Self-improvement is the human experience of “maturing”.
  12. There is not really a “right” way of picking up girls and you may get confused by doing shit other then trying to sleep with the girls. I did 10 years of gym and career development. I’m in a good shape and I make good money having a remote job in Europe. And yet, most girls that came my way I didn’t know what to do with.
  13. Being honest with yourself and what you want. The “why” is cool to think about, but in many cases you will never truly have an answer, as it’s not a single thing and you may not be aware of what is subconsciously driving you.
  14. You can always go harder. The moment you think you are all in – you aren’t.
  15. You can speedrun things if you get coaches as long as the coaches have successful clients that they’ve coached.
  16. I realized that there is so much more to learn and do. It’s a life-long thing.
  17. Journaling is insanely good for thinking about things.
  18. You are not your job, or how you look like. [You’re more than that].
  19. Just do things – even if they are not perfect – instead of procrastinating them.
  20. The more you show who you, are the easier it is for you – and the better you feel. The only problem is that if you’ve worn a mask for a long time, some people will not accept “you”… and that’s okay.
  21. Learning to approach strangers on the street gives you insane freedom.

Super grateful to this client for sharing all of these amazing learning lessons – he’s came a LONG way during his coaching. If you’d like coaching yourself, now is the perfect time as there’s a coaching deal on:

Yo, Andy here. I’m an Aussie guy who went from a depressed, suicidal loser to a guy who gets laid regularly, has 3somes & BDSM sex, crushes weights at the gym & loves his life. I killed my inner loser. It's my mission to get you to kill your inner loser too.
